- Developed protocols for the use of large language models in assessment, curriculum mapping and qualitative thematic analysis, successfully piloted with formative assessment in classes of more than 300 students in 2025-26.
- Developed and deployed custom VFX pipelines for unattended keying, composition and rendering of recorded teaching content.
- Developed and deployed an on-premises transcription and diarisation service, reducing reliance on external services such as Otter.ai.
- Developed and deployed local data transformation pipelines for redacting student PII across thousands of submissions, including handwritten assessments, enabling ethics-compliant and time-efficient SoTL research.
- Authored and delivered eight staff-facing workshops on applications of generative AI across academic and professional domains.

- Spearheaded the rapid transition of 27 School subjects to Zoom during the initial stages of the 2020 pandemic, outpacing university-wide efforts.
- Led the Unity3D implementation of the VR Human Heart project, deployed to 2,000 students (1,250 first-year and 750 second-year). Evaluation found it beneficial to learning (93%), authentic (94%) and engaging (92%).
- Coordinated and ran engagement events for prospective students, with more than 1,500 secondary school students attending activities across five years.
- Maintained more than $1.5M of physical and cloud infrastructure supporting digital learning delivery across the School.
